The merman that was drawn has been remade! Here's another edition of the 'Kick Your Own Ass' challenge, which I obviously last did in 2010. The past 2 years have been nonstop training and practice with my education at TAD, and I knew I wanted to remake this piece again after graduating, so here it is! My what 6 years of practice can do, can't wait to see the next 6!

I remember you from the NDA forums! Anyway, I keep returning to this piece again and again--it's so encouraging to see how you've improved in those six years, and just seeing how far you've come motivates me to buckle up and work when it doesn't feel like I'm getting anywhere. You, sir, are an artist I truly admire!

omggg it's so inspiring. I'm 14 and i guess i'm as good as you when you drew the first one haha, I hope i'll be able to draw half as well as you now do, when i'm 20
