Another Pathfinder character!

This one is actually one of my favorites, simply for the fact that how often do you get to paint a cripple for a fantasy game? Usually everyone's just swinging swords, shooting spells and looking badass. It's refreshing to do something more quiet and thoughtful, and it was quite a challenge figuring out how to pose her, but I like how it turned out in the end. :)

So much personality in this picture. I keep coming back and thinking about such a character.

it's really cool how you've captured a lot of emotion in her face and as always your technical skill is amazing

Cheers! The expression was fun to try and get on this one since it's a fairly subtle emotion, glad you think it reads clearly! :)

Shouldn't her cane be on the same side as her injured leg?

I actually did a good amount of research on it and from what I found, it's actually supposed to be on the side of the strong leg. But who knows, I could be wrong. =P

It depends on how bad the break is. Since she can stand with pain and the stabilization is relatively minor, I suspect that she has a broken fibula. When I had a tib-fib break I was supporting same-side.

Only technically. Hugh Laurie actually made that mistake for quite a while on House. Artistic license!
